No. If you meet most of it and you're genuinely keen to learn the rest, apply. We hire for trajectory and attitude as much as a checklist.
Is the work on-site, remote, or hybrid?+
Our base is Pokhara and we value time together, but the schedule is flexible — most roles can be split between on-site and remote once you're settled in.
What does the take-home task involve?+
A small, scoped problem close to real work — usually a few hours., you keep your work, and we use it as a starting point for conversation, not a trick.
I'm a fresher / still studying. Can I apply?+
